Auto load folder in url

when i using fileZilla to upload the file name "home" in httpdocs.

so when ever time i need to load for the file i need to key in the url as below:

http://www.my-fashion.biz/home/'>http://www.my-fashion.biz/home/

but i need when i key-in http://www.my-fashion.biz it will auto go to
http://www.my-fashion.biz/home

need some help on that,
