Encoding problem. Source shows & s c a r o n ; but not š

Hello everyone,

my e-shop charset is utf-8. All website texts looks fine, but when I take a look at Views>Souce I can see that letter š ir translated as & s c a r o n ;
For me it's not a problem, but for google results it's very bad.

Do you have any ideas how I can fix it?
