Remove things from product page

Hi, i want to remove the word "no taxes" from the product page. How can i do that? Thanks

Open \themes\classic\templates\catalog\_partials\product-prices.tpl

Remove lines

          {if $configuration.display_taxes_label}
        {$product.labels.tax_long}
          {/if}

OR  International > Locations > Your Country > "Display tax label" > Turn Off

Before i touch the code i want to try your settings options... But i cant find the "display tax label - Turn off"...
