[solved] Paypal Order Confirmation

Hi, i'm sorry if i'm going over a subject that has allready been gone over. I have had a look through the forum but cannot find an explanation. I came across a topic saying that this is a bug and it will be fixed in v1.4, is this true?

When a customer goes to pay through paypal, when they do not complete the purchase, the customer recieves 2 emails,
1. An awaiting payal payment email from my shop
2. An order confirmation email from my shop

Is there any way around this, i am using paypal v2beta?

I reverted back to paypal v1.7 and i no longer recieve the emails when a purchase is not completed. I also changed awaiting paypal payment in orders section of site through BO-Orders-edit- I changed it to preperation in progress.
