Multiple options for a product

Hi,
I’m putting together a site for a Diaper manufacturer. They have 20 different Colors with Only 4 Packages comprising of…
1. 12 diapers with 12 inserts
2. 12 diapers with 24inserts
3. 24 diapers with 24 inserts
4. 24 diapers with 48 inserts
In each of the Packages, one can choose from 20 different Colors. For example, if I choose “Package3” (24 diapers with 24 inserts), I should be able to choose “Combination of Colors” totaling to 24 diapers.
Can anyone suggest how this can be achieved?
