Error: mail parameters are corrupted

I'm almost finished upgrading to 1.3.1. Everything looks very good except this error

Error: mail parameters are corrupted

I get this when i try to order product, i've also seen this when i'm cancelling orders in the backoffice.

Is there anybody here who can help me, i would appreciate that.
