Edit Amount of REFFERAL PROGRAM voucher

Hello,
I have been using prestashop for a while now and love it. My problem is this in the customer refferal program area when logged in under the "pending friends" tab I can't see the names of the people i send refferals too! I have a black backround,I know you need to edit the global.css but specificly where???

The second area I need help with is when sending a refferal to a friend it says they get a $1.00 and the sender gets a dollar,i would like to know how to edit the amount of voucher given within the refferal program?? Not how to create a voucher for visitors I think it's different?

Any help with this would be great!!
