Send to a Friend Error

I posted what I believe is an error/bug on the Bug Tracker

and although it has only been 4 days, nobody has commented on it. What I would like to know is if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, and if there is a way to work around it in the interim. I want this feature enabled as I am about to launch a new store and we all know how important any form of 'word of mouth' is in marketing.

Shortening the product name to less than 14 characters is not an option I am willing to consider.

Any input would be appreciated.
