CovWeb
I had to move the UK OUT of the "Europe" Zone and into a NEW zone "UK", otherwise the prices where coming up as too high. Then click on Shipping Tab > Weight ranges > Add New set weight ranges for each carrier (I'd already got this far)Then click on Shipping Tab BUT DON'T CLICK any of the sub-tabs, there is a box for "Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges".Choose the Carrier from the drop-down box and add the prices to the weigh ranges.THIS WAS THE BIT I COULD NOT FIND, I was searching through all the sub-tabs.
