Language Reverts Back

Hi,
I recently upgraded to 1.3.1 from 1.2.5 and strangely this morning my site which is supposed to be in french language had reverted to english. I checked the back office and the default language is well set to french. I don't even have the language block module installed as my site is a unilingual site (french).
Does anyone know how and why the site reverts back to english when everything is set to french?

In back-office under Tools>Language, if I deactivate english language and just keep french and then keep french as the default sit language, the site reverts to french and works fine. But I lose the option of having my back office in english. If I activate english but keep french as the default site language, the site reverts to english. What is going on?

Seems like noone is around in prestashop these days.

I had the same problem. Following was solved my problem.

1. Go to Back Office >> Tools >> Translations
2. Then select "Back Office Translation" from Modify translations drop down box on the top of the page.
3. Click on the language icon which you want to "Back Office" to be appeared in,
4. Then Click on "Update Translations" button.
5. Done.

It did not work.
I have disabled "english" from Tools>Language and have activated french. As soon as I enable english, the front end of my site changes to english, even if I have set french as the defualt front-end language. So to avoid this I am forced to disable english.
