Zero Sized Error when attempting to edit product

I've looked everywhere in the forums that I can read and still not seeing a solution for a problem we are having. We have a website that we are building that has around 1700 categories for a Fan Clothing store http://projerseysport.net/fan-gear
Our problem is that we receive a zero sized error now every time we try to edit the products in the PS back end. Our hosting group "Byethost" noted that the quid error is likely caused by a "segmentation fault".
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
I've looked through the forums that I could read, but have found no threads that have answered this issue. Please help.
