Okatchjoji Posted March 19, 2018 Share Posted March 19, 2018 Our prestashop backend seems to be loading data upto the point of Preview. Once you preview the only the images appear on and the item description and price disappear. We have reinstalled the prestashop theme afresh and even upgraded servers but the same problem keeps recurring. Previously, before server upgrade we could load two or three items then the problem would arise on the second or third load but now it just the same problem. You draft a product description with images but only images show up on preview. And draft is not saved. Also it doesn't save the draft products posted. If you opt to make the product live, it disappears completely and the system says "This product is no longer available."
