Melinda Posted August 27, 2010 Share Posted August 27, 2010 Hi,I have a store with a list of products down 3 levels and when looking at the position column of this product listing all the arrows next to each product are missing so you cannot sort the products like you want.Any idea how to fix this quickly?I cannot duplicate this problem on other stores so am lost. Melinda Posted August 30, 2010 Author Share Posted August 30, 2010 Hi,I had to do a fresh install and now the arrows show up. Before when the arrows did not show up you could put your cursor in the positions column next to a product and it was live so I learned I could drag the product up or down and it worked.
