Error page after payment option for returning customers

I have searched the forum and found similar but not same problem, I tried the soulutions for them e.g. check the permissions without any progess. So here it comes, please ake a look and tell me if I neew to provide any more info.

In the final testing of my new webshop I have noticed a big problem for returning customers during checkout.

It have occured for:
Returning customers who login and tries to place an order
Returning customers who stays logged in and tries to place an order

It occurs when:
Customer choosed payment method and is supposed to be sent to the payment confirmation page e.g payment.php for bankwire.

This happens:
The customer is shown an "page not found" and an error code: Error 321 (net::ERR_INVALID_CHUNKED_ENCODING): Uknown error. The customer has not left order.php and in the address field it reads www.domain.com/order.php.

If customer click back-button and tries again it usually works fine.

It has occured seemingly randomly.

I have the same error when using filters on products in the backoffice but no problem with orders. My version of Prestashop is 1.4.3

Any luck finding the source of the problem?

 

My guess is that it has something to do with http header

Transfer-Encoding chunked

Now I see that this is an old topic but the problem still persists in 1.4.3.
