Secure payment block links to wrong CMS

My secure payment block links to the english version of Secure payment instead of the Swedish version. Is there a way to change this without hard coding it in blockpaymentlogo.tpl?
I have created the swedish version of secure payment in CMS and there is no english version at all that i can see under CMS :question:

Update:

I realised that the link does get the correct page from the database but the URL is in english instead of in swedish.
In information block the link is correct and uses the swedish url but this is not the case in the secure payment logo block.
Any advice without hard coding it?
