Problems with Office

Hello,

Iam using prestashop 1.3.1 in the begining everything was perfect:) but now Modules and Payments TAB in admin panel doesnt work, then i trying to enter this text shows in the screen: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later. I have read all forum, i have made htacces file imported. I also delete all cookies and hostory, but still cant open it:(

Mb you have some sugestions about it
