Changes to Modules not taking affect

Hello,

I cant work out what i am doing wrong here so here goes...

When i go into a module and change something, for example if i go into infoblock v1.1 and tick a new checkbox, when i click save it send me back to my admin index page and doesn't change anything....I've checked the db details and they're fine, as are the grant permissions for that user.

If you can suggest something i can try i would appreciate it

Still cant get this to work.

Im using a windows server on fast hosts if that helps, anyone out there able to point me in the right direction?
