how setup product options:
i have product and want customize additional

hair :
a) blond
red
c) black

eyes - additional 100$
a) blue
brown
c) black

You can use Product combinations generator under combination after creating the attributes & groups.
Catalog>Attributes and groups >Add attributes group> HAIR
do the same for the eyes then
Catalog>Attributes and groups >Add attribute> add colors and choose the group.

Then you can use combinations generator so you can offer blond with blue or what ever you want to offer.
