Ivancsg Posted August 6, 2010 Author Share Posted August 6, 2010 8 years......but with prestashop about a month or so.... the thing is i have people ordering but they don't use the store or they fill out all there info and then just abandon the cart,,and there not bots I can see the deference. cactusman2 Posted August 6, 2010 Share Posted August 6, 2010 When I click on the button 'Add to cart' on one of the featured products (in the home page) I got an error window with the message 'Please fill all required fields, then save the customization'. Same thing on the product page its because the customer has to choose option including personalization.That's pretty disturbing to me especially no options are displayed on the featured products of the home page.Other things arethe description of the product which is very difficult to read (black text on striped background)I would be you I would replace my email address which link to the contact form by something else like 'contact us' or you might get many spams soonYou forgot to fill the secure payment page (cms menu in BO)Otherwise the FAQ and About us are pretty good.
