How would I transplant "offer gift wrapping" in the product definition page?

Hello,

I would like to transplant gift " offer gift wrapping" right above the quantity in the product description page. I need it to be checked. If customer wants then they can deselect the option there. No need for the text box. It will be useful for me.

Would you guys help me about that?
