Add product inserts 50 records

Go to add 1 product and 50 records get inserted into the ps_product table and 100 records are inserted into ps_product_lang table.

Also the the page does not go back to the catalog when I click save from the add product page.

Okay, so I've tested this some more before giving up. Here is what I found out.

If I add a new product and click the "Save" button it creates 50 product entries of that item.

If I click the "Save and Stay" button it creates one entry like it should.

Any ideas? Come on people, help a guy out.
