Order blocked at the delivery choice

After having searched on the boards w/o success, I post here the issue we encounter since 2 or 3 days.

 

When a customer wants to order, he can not choose his delivery method:

the choice array is displayed under the cart, but nothing happens when you click on any of the choice buttons while the map and the list of the points of deposit should appear in case of choice "post office" or "relay point".

As a result, since no carrier is validated, the ordering process is blocked and the customer has no choice but to abandon his order.

In the BO, nothing seems abnormal, we have re-checked many times the settings of modules SoNice and Colissimo, RAS ...

The only solution we have found so far is to disable the Smarty cache, flush the cache and re-enable the Smarty cache… until the issue starts again.

We also tried to physically delete the cache folders on the server without further success.

Anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

Until we get a valid solution, we decided to keep the SMARTY cache off.

Still digging to find out what's the problem, not sure, but maybe has it to do with AJAX…
