Smart Target Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Hi, I'm new her with prestashop, I set up a store with prestashop 1.7 almost everything is ok but when some users proceed to checkout and try to insert their addresses their carts are reset to 0 and they find themselves out of the checkout process. I tried with the custom theme and with classic theme (native). I updated prestashop 1.7.1.4 and still the same issue. Can you please help? we are loosing orders everyday!
