Andreas Barner
Good morning, dear helpers! I am running a prestashop 1.6.1.17 with standard template at https://drycloth.de. We are selling B2C and B2B. In case the order of a business customer drops in by fax or phone, we are processing the order in the name of the business customer. Logged in the backend as an admin, I enter "orders">"new order">select a customer by name and edit an order. Looking at the list of products I can see the prices calculated on base the customer group. If the customer is member of the group "discount 56,52%" in the section "group access", he also has to be in the same "standard customer group", which is then "discount 56,52%" as well. And now the unexpected happens in the shopping cart; it seems that the discount is used twice, which brings a complete wrong result: A product, which has a public price including 19% of vat of 150€ should cost 54,81€ after using the discount of 56,52%. Here the calculation to find my mistake: 150/1,19=126,05 (public price excluding 19% vat), 126,05-56,52%(84,78)=56,81 But the shopping cart displays the value 23,83, which irritates me. But if I take of the discount of 56,52% another time, I receive exactly this result. Here the calculation: 56,81-56,52%(30,98)=23,83 Is it a bug? Or did I set something the wrong way? I changed the settings in the "customer group" section and was not able to get a correct result. It really seems that the calculation pullsd the disocunt two time, first from the "group access" and then from "standard group" forther below. It would be great, if someone has an idea, what I made wrong or where is the problem.I want to thank everyone for any comment! Thank you and till later Andy In case anyone needs screenshots of setting; iw ill provide them right away.
