PrestaShop 1.7 Paypal Module ERROR 404

I have installed the PayPal payment module v 4.1.1 (official PS one) the module worked normal since today,but now when I go to Products and press on the Modify button instead of getting redirected to change the business account I get redirected to 404

This is what I get after the loading is done,also it takes a hell load of time to load.
