Zmiana indeksu zamówienia

Przy instalacji modułu modrefchange wyskakuje błąd: "[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/var/www/irwintools/prestashop/classes/module/Module.php:

i nie jest możliwe zakończenie instalacji. Dodatkowo teraz nie można wejść w zamówienie: Error 500.
