Client Privacy text not translating on Account Creation

Hello all.

I am getting better with PrestaShop and I am loving it!

I am trying to modify the text at the New Account Creation page at the bottom, the Customer Data Privacy thing. The site is all Spanish, but this chunk of text stays English. I looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find where I can change this. See the enclosed image for the text are. I am sure it not too complicated, but I am at a loss.

Any ideas would be much appreciated my friends.

It's hard to comment on the issue, but I will make my best guess.

All text in PrestaShop should be translatable. 

This text could be:

1) Front Office translations

2) Installed modules translations if it comes from specific module.

Of course if you hired developer and developer was lazy he put that text straight in to theme template file and it's not possible to translate it.
