Module for Automatic debit transfer

Hello,

I am searching someone who can develop a Payment Modul. It is called "Bankeinzug".

The Customer leaves his Bankdata so the Shop-Owner can transfer the money from the customers Bank-Account. This Payment Method is very common here in Germany. It is quick and easy without delivery delay. And it is safe, because the customer can cancel every transfer from his bankaccount in 4 weeks, if somebody transfered illegal or a wrong amount.

So what we need is something like this:
The customer can fill in his bank-data during the registration process. Then he chooses the Payment-Modul "Bankeinzug", which can be identic with cash on delivery, because it does nothing.
In the backend the customers Bank-Data must be apparent somewhere.
