francinehedges
Hiya I'd really appreciate any help on this issue! Product customisation seems to be active on all products in the 1.6 store. It works exactly as planned, except... Even if the text field and file fields show a zero, it still shows up, but with no input box: Personalise your itemAfter saving your customized product, remember to add it to your cart. * required fields Can anyone help with switching this off on products where its not relevant? I have no idea how to achieve this! You can see it active here: http://www.bishboshbecca.co.uk/christening/personalised-childs-silver-heart-locket-with-birthstones And here even when its not required: http://www.bishboshbecca.co.uk/murano-heart-and-pearl-necklaces/amethyst-murano-heart-and-pearl-necklace Any advice or direction gratefully received. w3bsolutions
It could be a theme issue. Check it on product.tpl - compare it with default bootstrap template.
