Add fields in the contact form

Good afternoon.

 

I am trying to finish the virtual store of my business but I need to add more fields to the contact form

 

Such as:

-Phone

-Address

-Identification document

-First name

 

I would like to know how or where to modify in order to do so.

Hi,

 

You will need to modify the ContactController.php   and  the  contact-form.tpl   files.

 

is there any tutorial for the version 1.7?
