1.7 Missing the "Sample Data Install" button

Hello everyone.I have now tried with all available versions of Prestashop version 1.7.x.x in the hope that one of the installations would give me the bottom on the left side, called Sample Data Install.It was in the 1.6 and as I read the documentation, it should also be found in 1.7.

 

I have purchased a theme that fits 1.7 from template monster and installed it and they also refer in their installation instructions to use the "sample data install" button .

 

But it's just not there - has looked up and down but without luck.

Are there any clever heads that can help me here.Has attached an image from the installation wizard from the theme I purchased that shows this button in the 1.7 version.Hope there is a kind soul that can help

it's a commercial theme and it's not a default Prestashop feature

you need to contact the theme provider (template monster), they'll support you.

Technically, I guest the sample date installation tab was not successfully installed to Prestashop tab table in the database (I often get problem with installing tab on Prsetashop 1.7, especially when we try to reinstall a theme)

And as a question,
Which version of PHP Enviroment do you have install? 
Which version is the Prestashop template purchased compatible in template monster?

Be aware, this can be the problem too, for some dropdowns bugs.
