500 Internal Server Error :(

Good afternoon!

First of all say that I have consulted a thousand forums and pages and I do not know how to fix it ...

I installed Prestashop without problem on my server, through FileZilla, but when I try to enter to the backend I get the following message:  

 

500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Error 500 is normally an indication of some malconfiguration.

Check your webservers error logfile.

You can also enable enhanced error messages (so called DEV mode). Search the forum how to enable this. In many cases it gives you more detailled error messages.

 

Furthermore is is allways recommended to metion the prestashop version in use.
