Datafeed file in XML, CSV or TXT ??

Hi,

I'm advertising my store in a comparison site

How can I get a feed file in XML, CSV or TXT format?

PHP, RSS, ASP feeds are not fully compatible with their feed processors.

It has has a minimum set of requirements for the data feed, the minimum fields of data that they require are:

Product Name
Product Description
Product URL
Image URL
Price
Category
Brand
Unique Merchant SKU
Stock Availability

I am looking to do something for similar shopping comparison site, requirements are near enough the same. I second a solution if one exists.
