How to mass change "default categories"

Hi,

I imported my products by CSV file and all of the products’ default categories are the first categories, which disable me to export the catalogue base on the subcategories[PDF export module].

Is there anyway to solve with this problem? any SQL command can fix this?

I have got thounds of products on my website and I am not able to change the default categories manually.
