Email module returns 500

Dear, 

 

I have a problem which is weird. 

 

Everything which sending a email returns in an Error 500.

 

I explain: 

- When customer places an order (which send an email to customer) customer gets error (order is placed) (see error) 

- When changing an order status (which send an email to customer) i get error (see error) 

- When clicking on Advanced configuration => Email. I get error (see error)
