Products keeps disappearing from index, need to rebuild continuously

Hi there,

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.7.1.1 with the default theme. My shop is still not open to the public so I'm doing some test and I have a total of 14 products.

 

Yesterday evening, I've rebuilt my index adding the new products to it so there were 14/14 product indexed, today morning I've checked and they are 13/14 

 

One is missing, and this is happening since I've installed prestashop. Think it's not normal.

 

And, one more, even If I have checked the options "Automatically add new products to the index" every time I add a new product I have to MANUALLY add it to the index, and this is a really great waste of time, even because when my shop will be open I'll have the necessity to add continuosely new products to my store, all day so this is a problem

 

Anyone can help me?
