zweebe Posted June 9, 2017 Share Posted June 9, 2017 Bonjour à tous, Voila, j'ai depuis ce matin deux clients qui sont venu me voir car ils ont créé un nouveau compte sur mon prestashop. Jusque-là tout va bien, ils ont bien reçu le mail d'inscription etc.. Seulement lorsqu'ils veulent se connecter, la page devient blanche et il est ecrit "FATAL ERROR" mais je ne sais absolument pas pourquoi... Par contre quand j'utilise un compte créé depuis longtemps, ca fonctionne tout a fait bien ! Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?! Merci ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
