Write or Able Microdata in Product Description?

Hi Guys! 

 

I would like to know if it's possible edit product description in HTML by adding Microdata as itemprop.

Or if it's possible able the Microdata in the HTML product description.

I tried to edit a description of my product. But after the save, the text was formatted removing all the microdata information.

I want to insert microdata because analyzing prestashop behavior while indexing, despite filling in all the fields correctly.

Prestashop index the information incompletely and sometimes incorrectly.

 

I Send in attach the images, the first one is the edited text with Microdata.

Second image is the formatted text after saving. 

In the third image, taken from my Google Search Console,

you can see how some missing important indexing information like Brand, Price, and more are well-separated and organized. This, to google, does not like much for indexing.
