A little Help please

Hi ,

I am currently still designing my store and i need some help with a few things , if you wouldn't mind given me some help to solve this issues i would be very grateful

1.Module JBX Menu
I would like to know how i can center these buttons to the middle of the menu bar not to the left

2.Module JBX Menu
I want to make the menu slightly wider so it lines up with the end of my account box , as you can see its slightly off

3. Subcategory's
Can i make them bigger images and look better ?

4.Internet explorer problem
Some of the modules used on my store do not work properly in IE , any reason?
