Free Support that comes with Theme purchase

Hello, I am wondering how to access the free support (6 months free with theme purchase) that came with my purchase.

I've tried to go to the support tab but that just leads me to a sales page to purchase support. Anyone have any tips?

 

Also I have installed Prestashop and uploaded my theme but the result is my purchased theme mixed with images from the standard womans clothing theme that came with the install. Any idea how to fix that? I really dont want to have to change each image by hand one at a time.
