Transplant Modules not showing on front end 16.1.4

Hi, 

I'm new to prestashop, and I cant seem to figure this out. I've read forums to transplant a module and know that you cannot have certain modules in certain hooks. However, these modules were placed in these hooks already but are not showing up on the store front. Am I suppose to add custom code to the files in order to have them displayed? Super stressing over as this website needed to be up a week ago

I've added some screens shots of my footer that contains two modules but my hook says it has 11

Same for currency and language blocks
