Prestashoop hook home size

Hi everyone,

 

I have a problem with the Hook 'Home'. The top row is 267 pixels high, but the second row is only 140 ish or so high. I'd like both rows to be the same height (267). I made the images in this size and uploaded them, but the both still show as small. 
I edited the hooks.css with height =100%, but to no avail. Any help in this?
