Hello Sultan what do you mean by no space/line <? php this for example or ? >

Hi Willem,

Have you edited some of the php files? (e.g. header.php or footer.php)

if so, just check these files and make sure there is no space before this tag
<?php

on the top of the file and no space or a line after this tag

?>

at the end of the file.

Please PM me with the URL of your website.

Good luck,

Sultan you were right. I had a emty line in index.php. I removed it and it works now fine.

Thanx!

ya Willem, this is the common culprit in such cases,,

Very delighted to hear that your problem was solved and your store is ready to go :-)

G'Luck

I had same logout problem with white screen freeze and remained signed in when trying to sign out of front office

UnfortunatelyI tried restoring all php files to no avail and every other solution i found online....

This solution finally worked for me

Back Office

Advanced Parameters-Performance

Disable all Overrides - SET THIS TO YES

I can now sign out no problem

Hope this helps if you get stuck with same error.

Am only a prestashop code novice and if this causes any future problems for myself, i will add to this post.
