All configured but carriers not found

I've followed all guides but still I've got this problem.

 

When I'm in shopping cart->shipping  shows 

 

Error 1

  1. There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selectedç

 

Could be the change made in shopping cart to hide free shipping the reason?

(I eliminate this code and only shows Total)

Hello,

 

It seems that you don't have a carrier that is set for the country of the address. Have you checked this first ?

 

1) Check that you have created a carrier and assigned a zone to your carrier.

2) Check that the zone assigned (localization -> zone) contains the country your are trying to get delivered to.

Ok there were some errors together.

First - Pick Up zone must be assigned to any state with his "local" ISO.

Second - The test article had asigned the first and second transport not the others.

Third - I write to the carrier call-service and they said that sometimes happens, then we must eliminate de carrier and create again it.

 

Done with another article all works.
