Prestashop v1.2, migrate stock items to new build

Hi all, hope someone might be able to help.

 

My manager has a Prestashop v 1.2 - very old and not updated in over 6 years. Some module files have been found to contain malicious code and our domain used to send spam email. The domain host suspended the domain requesting the affected files to be removed.

 

It was suggested that by deleting those affected modules we could still log in to the CMS and then upgrade versions from there.

 

The website is now unstable and not loading the index page or admin login.

 

The manager is apparently unable to give me an inventory of current stock so I could build a new website and manually create stock items.

 

Can I migrate stock items - offline from a backup on my computer- to a new build of prestashop? v1.6

 

Or any other ideas?
