Sales sometimes do not show up

Hi, I have a problem with sales.

 

You see, when something is sold you have a notification about the sale and you can see it under orders tab. Customer name, email address and the amount he/she paid in green can be all seen in orders.

 

When i click on customers tab, i can again see all the customer information with the sales amount in green again, and sometimes there are customers who actually sign up but don't buy anything, in those lines there are no sales amount.

 

My problem occurs right there, sometimes customers that seem like they did not make a purchase actually did make a purchase, which i could figure out from my paypal account to see if i receive the money. 

 

This sales do not make it to orders tab either as well as dashboard.

 

How can i fix this problem any idea ?

review your error logs from hosting at time of sale.

 

see if there as a php error logged....

 

otherwise you will need to be able to reproduce issue with prestashop debug mode enabled...

 

so look for historical from hosting, you should have http access and error  log....
