Index page has gone

I was checking some other stuff, went to make a transaction to verify and there is no "Home" page?  What has happened to it?

 

When a specific product URL is entered I get the "There is 1 error

1. You do not have access to this product." message

 

My shop is no longer online, my customers cannot buy.  What has happened?

If I get to a 404 page with a search box, a search will display a result and the product when selected.

 

I don't know if this helps get to a resolution as to why pages are not displaying?

http://www.sussex-cutflowers.co.uk/  results in a logo and a horizontal bar but no page content. 

 

http://www.sussex-cu.../images.inc.php results in a 404 with the search box.

 

Entering a product name in the search box returns the product(s)

 

Selecting one the the products shown results in the "There is 1 error  You do not have access to this product." ERROR message

 

This behaviour began, as far as I can tell, about midday on Monday (GMT) (last abandoned carts) but nobody was working on the shop, no admin activity whatsoever.  

 

Do not understand what could cause this behaviou.

After much research and frustration I discover that if I delete all cookies the home page appears correctly.  

 

I then process a manual order, end it and wish to return to the Home page to find that the error occurs again, that is, a logo and a horizintal bar but no content.

 

Delete cookies, all OK again.

 

What is causing this behaviour?

 

My customers are experiencing this as well and I am losing business.

 

Other than abandoning Prestashop, what can I do to resolve this issue?
