A Bit of Home
I am still new to Prestashop and issued my first credit slip today because I was short one item for a customer order. I did a partial refund and that went OK (even through the payment gateway). The original invoice is not changed to show the item that was short or the refund amount. That is OK. I chose to include the credit slip that is automatically generated (this is good because it shows the item and qty that is being refunded so the customer does not have to figure that out for themselves). The problem is that calculation of the taxes and totals on the credit slip have errors. I have attached a copy of the credit slip so you can see. The total tax that is showing on the bottom left as $0.25 is not correct. The tax rate of 13% is correct for the customer location but 13% of $4.49 is $0.58. The tax amount on the right is correct but for some reason the credit slip shows the total (excluding tax) twice instead of showing the final total including tax. I am currently on v1.6.1.6 Is anybody else experiencing a similar problem? Does anyone know of a fix? Any help would be appreciated. Correcting credit slips by hand just looks unprofessional and should not be necessary. Thanks, Henry order-slip-000001.pdf
