Countries - Select All / Select none checkbox

It would be SOOOO nice to have a checkbox to select all countries or deselect all countries!

Then be able to mark as enabled or dis-abled if they are checked.

having to go through countries one by one by one by one by one by one..........and each time you change the enable/dis-able of a country the whole page has to refresh and then you have to scroll down to where you were....I'm amazed this wasn't thought of way back around.....maybe version 1.0?

Yes I have tried filtering to display just the enabled countries and then dis-abled the one i want. but as soon as i disable it refreshes the page WITHOUT the filter applied. That's NO GOOD.

I installed version 1.2.5 today and i couldn't find a all/none button either.
The fastest way i could manage was by click my mouse3 button (center/scroll click) in firefox on the green check so the result will open in a tab keeping your page in position.

This is for anyone who needs this. The way PS has set up disabling countries is inconvenient. Post this to your mySQL database to deactivate all countries, then manually set up the one you want.
