How Do I Add Domain Name Servers In My PrestaShop Cloud Account?

Hi.

I have create my PrestaShop store using PrestaShop Cloud.

And, So my store url like- mystore.pswebstore.com.

 

But today i have register a domain name from Bigrock.in.

And i set the ip address to the A Record field in my domain registration site Bigrock.in.

And its not any problem. After the Status is get Activate for my domain, and then when i visit my site by using my new domain- mystore.com, then it brings me to my store very nicely.

But it not change the store url, and it still- mystore.pswebstore.com!

 

For converting the 'mystore.pswebstore.com' to 'Mystore.com' i also need to add the DNS Name Servers for my domain name in PrestaShop.

I need to add the name servers are-

dns4.bigrock.in

dns3.bigrock.in

dns2.bigrock.in

dns1.bigrock.in

 

But where i need to add these Name Servers in PrestaShop Cloud?

I have not find any link or page to add name servers in my PrestaShop Cloud account.

So please anybody help me. Please.

Hello,

 

You just need to set your domain name as primary domain for your shop into your customer account.

Thank you So Much for your reply.

 

But where i need to set the domain as primary?

In Seo & Url section?

If yes, then i am already trying to do this.

When i click on Add a domain name, its redirect me to the prestashop website, where i can add or buy domain.

And in that place i already set my domain you know.

 

Can you please tell me about it if i doing any wrong thing?

You can do it from your cloud user account: https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/en/domains

 

Just click on "Settings" > "Set as primary domain" on the line of your domain name.
